History of android OS
- Android Inc. was founded in Palo Alto, California in October, 2003 by Andy Rubin, Rich Miner, Nick Sears, and Chris White.
- Their goal was to develop a "smarter mobile device that was more aware of its owner's location and preferences.”
- They operated secretively, admitting only that they were working on software for mobile phones

Disadvantages of android
Ø Making source code available to everyone inevitably invites the attention of hackers.
Ø Android operating system uses more amount of battery as compared to normal mobile phones.
Ø As there are so many user sometimes it becomes difficult to connect all the users.
Ø As we call Android is world of applications we continuously need to connected with the internet which is not possible for all the users.
